Pre-Production
To minimize shrinkage problems, we put the fabrics through a pre-shrink washing process. Any small slip-ups in details will be addressed in samples before mass production begins.
Bulk Production
After the sample and order quantity is confirmed, we will start mass production, which takes 2-3 weeks after all processes are completed
After final samples are approved and purchase orders and deposits, etc. are confirmed, we will move to the mass production phase, which typically takes 3-4 weeks.
Quality Assurance
We strive to manufacture higher quality clothing products to satisfy your customers so that you will also place more quantity orders with us, and we check them to the strictest standards until everyone is satisfied before we move on to the packaging stage
Packaging
In order for the products not to have any problems along the way, our garments are packed before
ironed and folded, and in the strongest plastic bags and cartons before being shipped to their final destination
